Day 1 – Arrival in Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and warmly welcomed by our representative. After a brief introduction, transfer to Sarova Panafric Hotel for your overnight stay. Located just outside the city centre, the hotel offers comfort and convenience—perfect for relaxing after your flight.
Settle into your room and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. You may choose to unwind at the hotel or explore Nairobi’s lively surroundings at your own pace.

Day 2 – Nairobi to Maasai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast, depart Nairobi and begin your drive toward the world-famous Maasai Mara. The journey takes you past the dramatic silhouettes of Mount Longonot and Mount Suswa, descending into the expansive Rift Valley and continuing through traditional Maasai homelands.
Arrive at Sarova Mara Game Camp in time for lunch. After settling in, head out on an afternoon game drive across the Mara’s rolling plains, home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife. Keep an eye out for lions, elephants, giraffes, and an array of other species that make this reserve one of Africa’s premier safari destinations.
Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 – Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Enjoy a full day dedicated to exploring the Maasai Mara, one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations. Today’s game drives take you across the reserve’s vast plains in search of the region’s iconic species—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, giraffe, and an abundance of plains game.
Depending on your preference, you may embark on a full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch or enjoy separate morning and afternoon drives with time to relax at the camp between activities.
The Maasai Mara’s rich landscapes and incredible wildlife encounters make this an unforgettable day in the bush.

Day 4 – Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart the Maasai Mara and begin your journey toward Lake Nakuru National Park. The scenic drive takes you back across the Rift Valley, offering changing landscapes as you travel north.
Arrive at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge in time for lunch. After settling in, head out on an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, a sanctuary famous for its populations of black and white rhinos, as well as its vibrant birdlife. The lake’s shores often glow with the pink hues of flamingoes, complemented by pelicans, storks, and many other species that thrive in this rich ecosystem.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 – Lake Nakuru to Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru and travel north toward Samburu National Reserve. The drive takes you past the foothills of Mount Kenya, Africa’s second-highest peak, before entering the vast, rugged landscapes of northern Kenya. This region is home to semi-arid plains, dramatic rocky outcrops, and the nomadic communities who have lived here for generations.
Arrive at Sarova Shaba Game Lodge in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon, head out on a game drive to experience the striking scenery and unique wildlife of the Samburu ecosystem. Look out for the “Samburu Special Five”—Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, gerenuk, and Somali ostrich—species found only in this part of Kenya.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6 – Samburu National Reserve

Spend the day exploring the reserve in search of the famed Samburu Special Five: Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, gerenuk, and Somali ostrich—species found only in northern Kenya.
Game drives may be taken in the morning and afternoon, with time to relax at the lodge during the heat of the day, or as a full-day outing with a picnic lunch, depending on your preference.
As the sun sets over the rugged terrain, return to Sarova Shaba Game Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 – Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, depart Samburu and drive south toward Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a leading conservation sanctuary located on the Laikipia Plateau. The journey offers scenic views of Mount Kenya as you approach one of East Africa’s most celebrated wildlife conservancies.
Ol Pejeta is renowned for being home to the only chimpanzee population in Kenya, cared for at the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary. The conservancy is also an important refuge for endangered species, including one of the largest populations of southern white rhinos in East Africa.
Arrive at Sweetwaters Tented Camp in time for lunch. Later, enjoy an afternoon game drive within the conservancy, with opportunities to spot the Big Five alongside numerous other wildlife species.
Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

On arrival in Nairobi, you will be dropped at your preferred location—hotel, residence, or the airport—marking the end of your safari adventure.
